We have been using Michelle for a few years now and I honestly can’t imagine taking our dog anywhere else. She is so patient and loving with her and treats her as if she is her own. It’s down to simple little touches like letting her play in the garden before during and after her grooms and giving her little treats. She always looks great after a groom too. Can’t recommend enough 🥰

Hello,
I'm Michelle.
A mum of twin boys, a lover of dogs and horses, and the groomer behind Kay9 Groom Room.
My grooming story started with a Level 2 dog grooming assistant course in 2018. I was hooked. I went on to study at the College of Animal Welfare and passed my Level 3 diploma exams in 2020.
After a long career in education, I opened my groom room as I turned 40. Now I get to give dogs their own one-to-one time, right here in Pudsey.

Happy dogs.
Kind words.
5.0/525 reviews on Google Bear is 5 years old and he's been a regular at Kay9 Groom Room from his first puppy groom. He was less than impressed in the early days and let Michelle know on occasion. Michelle's patience, super kind and caring professionalism really helped him settle. He happily goes in tail wagging and comes home looking and smelling fantastic every time. The salon is purpose built, always immaculately clean, tidy and safe. Highly recommend Kay9 Groom Room - all round excellent.

Michelle is an amazing groomer. My dog was groomed for the first time, so he was a little nervous but she was so kind and patient with him. Thank you Michelle!! He smells amazing and looks so tidy🐾
